Hoping is not Enough
It is a very important to take a little time when shopping for your very first caravan. You want to make sure you get what you pay for. Just hoping that it is in sound condition will not work. When looking at 5 berth caravans for sale, make sure and watch for signs of a leak. Discoloration of the panels or fabrics could indicate this. Look underneath and check for signs of rotting wood, loose parts, or anything that may look suspicious. Do not just take the word of the seller. Take a good look yourself; you do not want any surprises. If it is found to be sound, enjoy it for many years to come.
