Only five Monarch Beach Homes sold during July 2010. All of them were detached single family homes. None of them were condos. One of the homes that sold was on Ritz Cove Drive in Monarch Beach. Its selling price was just under four million dollars. The ocean view is spectacular from this property. It was located in the Ritz Cove neighborhood. That is the neighborhood with the guard at the gate. This house is close to the Ritz Carlton Resort and also Salt Creek Beach. Another home sold in the Monarch Bay neighborhood for almost 1.5 million dollars. A third home sold in the Monarch Bay Terrace neighborhood for just over one million dollars.
