A Great Pool of Talented Workers
I run my own design business and am amazed at level of talented employees looking for design work. I have recently hired several very talented employees who were making career changes to work at a web design company. One of my most talented employees is in his mid thirties and just made a major career change from accounting to web design. I love finding talented employees who barely knew about the Internet when they were in college. Many of these older employees have great skills and life experiences and with a little instruction and experience in my firm are quickly becoming talented web designers. I look forward to adding even more designers to my firm in the near future.
