Now That My Daughter Is Born, I’m Ready For Some Stomach Reducing Exercises

I loved being pregnant, and I love the fact that I’m now a new mother. My daughter is the most wonderful addition to our family. I followed doctor’s orders and didn’t try to do any exercises for the first two months, but now I’m ready for some stomach reducing exercise to get my belly toned once again. Just because I love being a mother doesn’t mean I love having the little bit of extra “pouch” around my middle. I’m ready to fit into my skinny jeans again and flaunt those little sundresses I used to wear. I’m fully devoted to my daughter, but I get to spend some “me” time as well.
