What is the Difference Between Panic and Anxiety Attacks?

Panic and anxiety attacks are two terms that are oftentimes used interchangeably. Although they are likely the same, they aren’t exactly having the same meanings. What is the difference between panic and anxiety attacks?  Well basically, the two only differ in their intensity. Panic attack is a sudden or extreme feeling of anxiety. It usually lasts for minutes. The sufferer usually experiences physical symptoms like nausea, dizziness and a feeling that he is going to have a heart attack. On the other hand, anxiety attacks are less terrifying than panic attacks for the attack is not sudden. They only manifest when the person is having issues and problems in his life that are aggregated over a period of time.
