Controlling and Moderating Hunger Pangs
The way I see myself is important to me. I want to feel fabulous inside-out. I want to feel a connection with my inner self by taking care of myself more. Creating paleo recipes helped me get that connection because it taught me moderation and control. I learned how to eat just the right food – naturally-grown and fresh greens, well-prepared unprocessed meat and frequent glasses of water – in the right amounts. This also trained my body to love the delicious tastes of the food and to avoid processed artificial food. With the right timing of meals and the right food, I was able to “time” my hunger for the next meal. I could also eat the right snack and get the same appetite for the next meal. By being sensitive to my hunger and urges with this kind of meal preparation, I learned to maintain my weight, health and wellbeing.
